The promise of love sent by God,
after every storm, it comes out.
There is no pot of gold at it's end...
but is a reminder of love's power.
The storm of hate has been blown by,
and now, the rainbow shines bright.
It matters not whom you love...
and now, anywhere, you can express it.
Some still prefer the storm of hatered...
but in the end, love's power wins out.
There are still more storms in the mist...
be we will weather all that come to us.
Rainbow, rainbow...share of your power.
Show the world that love rules all.
Before God and man, let them join together...
and let no hatemonger drive them back apart.

I walk down a crooked, broken pathway
A lone tear permanently attached to my cheek
Exhaustion explodes from every pore
Food will not satisfy
Water will not quench
All hope is gone

Dear Diary,
How wrong is it to want to be loved? I mean honestly, it’s all I’ve ever wanted. My greatest dream in life was to get married and have children, and be absolutely adored by my family. Is that so wrong to want?

My thoughts on today's Scotus decision regarding LGBT marraige.
I used the rainbow as my starting point, for it is the ultimate sign of love to me (God sent it to remind Noah and his followers of His love, and that He would never again destroy the Earth).
And as Johnny Cash said:
"Ever since time,
nothing's been found
that's stronger than love!"
Today...love won--but there are still so many more storms on the horizon.
